HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Returning your order is simple:
- Email hello@freshwhiteco.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions
- Drop the package at any post office
- Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If you have used the strips and are not satisfied with the results, contact us — we will work with you on a fair resolution.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@freshwhiteco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing can add 1–3 business days on top of that.
WHAT IF IT DID NOT WORK?
Our 14-day guarantee covers you even if you have used the product. If you have completed a 14-day cycle and are not satisfied with your results, email us with your before/after photos and we will issue a full refund.
