How long until I see results?

Most customers notice visible whitening within 7 days. Full transformation happens after 14 consecutive days of use, with up to 8 shades whiter.

Will it hurt or cause sensitivity?

No. Our PAP+ formula is designed for daily comfort. 95% of users experience zero sensitivity. If you have very sensitive teeth, we recommend using every other day.

Is it safe for crowns, veneers, or fillings?

The strips will not damage crowns, veneers, or fillings, but they also will not whiten them. Only natural teeth will be whitened. If you are concerned, consult your dentist.

Will it damage my enamel?

No. Unlike traditional peroxide strips, our PAP+ formula whitens without harming enamel. It has been clinically tested and dentist-approved.

How often should I use them?

Use one strip per day for 30 minutes, for 14 consecutive days. Do not exceed daily use. After your 14-day cycle, you can do touch-ups every 6 months.

Can I drink coffee or eat after using them?

Yes. We recommend waiting 30 minutes after use before consuming dark drinks like coffee, tea, or red wine to maintain results longer.

Are they vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All FreshWhite products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping across Europe. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. You will receive tracking once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all EU countries plus UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, check spam or email us at hello@freshwhiteco.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email us within 12 hours of placing the order at hello@freshwhiteco.com.

What if it does not work for me?

You are protected by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@freshwhiteco.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

How do I return an order?

Email us at hello@freshwhiteco.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
